Most of what you're hauling off isn't trash.
I clear out garages, sheds, closets, and whole rooms — then I sort it. Usable things find another home, metal and electronics get recycled, and only what's actually trash goes in the ground.
The sort
Three places your things can go. Only one of them is the landfill.
Every load gets separated before it leaves. It takes longer. It's the whole reason I do this the way I do.
Donated
Furniture, household goods, and building materials in usable shape go to local donation partners. Ask and I'll bring the receipt back to you.
Recycled
Metal, appliances, and electronics get pulled out and taken to recyclers instead of buried. Scrap gets separated on site, not at the dump.
Landfill
What's genuinely trash. The goal on every job is to make this the smallest pile of the three.
What I take
- Garage, shed, and closet cleanouts
- Furniture — couches, dressers, tables, chairs
- Boxes, bags, and general household clutter
- Yard debris and brush
- Single items sitting at the curb
- Storage unit cleanouts
Appliances and anything heavy — ask me first. I'll tell you straight whether I can handle it alone or need to bring help.
What I don't
- Paint, chemicals, motor oil, pesticides
- Anything requiring a licensed contractor
- Biohazard or medical waste
- Asbestos, mold remediation
I can't haul hazardous material — but I'll tell you exactly where in the county you can drop it off yourself. That part's free.
How it works

Text a picture of what you've got to (980) 471-9385. Tell me roughly where it is in the house and when you need it gone.
Get a price in writing
A real number and what it covers, before I show up. If there turns out to be more than the photo showed, I stop and tell you first — not after.
It's gone
I load it, sweep up behind me, and take it from there. Donation receipts come back to you if you want them.

I'm up before most people are. A 7am Saturday start is normal, and it's usually the best time to get a job done before the heat sets in. Weekday evenings work too — just ask.
