The sort
Most of what you're hauling off isn't trash.
Every job gets sorted with three destinations in mind, in this order. Donation centers and recyclers decide what they'll accept — so this is how I prioritize, not a guarantee about any single item. The goal on every load is to make the landfill pile the smallest of the three.
First
Donated
Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation organizations when condition and their acceptance rules allow. If they issue a receipt, I'll bring it back to you.
Second
Recycled
Metal, appliances, and electronics get separated on site and taken to recyclers when there's a route for the material — not buried by default.
Last
Landfill
What can't reasonably be donated or recycled goes to an appropriate disposal facility. Smallest pile of the three — that's the aim.
What I can't haul: paint, chemicals, motor oil, pesticides, biohazard or medical waste, asbestos, or anything needing licensed remediation. I'll point you to where those can go locally — that part's free.

Text a picture of what you've got to (980) 471-9385. Tell me roughly where it is on the property and when you need it gone.
Get a price in writing
A real number and what it covers, before I show up. If there turns out to be more than the photo showed, I stop and tell you first — not after.
It's gone
I load it, sweep up behind me, and take it from there. Donation receipts come back to you when the organization issues one.

Early is fine by me
I'm up before most people are. A 7am Saturday start is normal — it beats the heat and the disposal cutoffs. Weekday evenings can work too; just ask.
